DEBURR ROBOT CELLS

Flexible deburring machines for series production of complex components (automotive standard) – designed as workpiece-guided or tool-guided machine

STRUCTURE
  • 1 or 2 six-axis robot and different NC axes

CONTROLLER
  • Robot controller in combination with Siemens 840D

GRIPPER SYSTEM
  • Single or double gripper on the robot with 7th axis
  • Automatic change of tools and machining units

MACHINING UNITS
  • Workpiece-guided systems: frequency-controlled drives, main spindle drives, multiple-spindle heads, planetary heads and much more  
  • Tool-guided systems: Spindle unit on the robot, other optional NC units

TOOLS
  • Brushes, milling cutters, electroplated deburring tools, back deburrers, special versions, high pressure lances

APPLICATIONS
  • Deburring of crankcases, cylinder heads, crankshafts, gearboxes, big gear components and much more

WORKPIECE WEIGHT
  • Workpiece-guided systems: < 100 kg
  • Tool-guided systems: no restrictions

CYCLE TIMES
  • Variably scalable; usually: 30 sec to 180 sec

COOLING LUBRICANT
  • Emulsion, oil, minimal lubrication, without cooling-lubricant

Standard brush-deburring machine with NC-axes for fast and efficient deburring of crankshafts and similar workpieces.

  • Compact machine with angular base and 5 axis 
  • Workpiece clamping by jaw chuck and pin

CENTERLESS DEBURRING MACHINES

Compact machines for cost-effective deburring, descaling and polishing of rotatory workpieces

 

STRUCTURE
  • 1 or 2 brush stations with automatic workpiece transportation

TOOLS
  • Brushes for deburring and descaling with edge rounding
  • Non-woven abrasives for surface smoothing and polishing

MACHINE TYPES
  • Mini-Centerless with tool diameter: 3 cm to 30 cm
  • Maxi-Centerless with tool diameter: 20 cm to 80 cm

APPLICATIONS
  • Ground control pistons, pistons coated with hard material, grooved shafts, pins and many more

CYCLE TIMES
  • Variably scalable; usually: 2 sec to 15 sec

COOLING LUBRICANT
  • Emulsion, oil, without cooling-lubricant
